You give administrative support to the Sales Team and the Key Account managers;
You assist customers with incoming inquiries by mail or phone about pricing, requests for product availability or expected delivery dates, ...
You issue quotes for products and transportation cost;
You process orders in SAP;
You give back up for the regional sales team working with customers to provide them daily sales support;
Give the managers support by making reports;
You work closely with Customer Service to coordinate logistics (from admin perspective) for international clients;
You on-board new customers (set up pricing in the system, provide access to web-shop; portal, provide an overview of tools which can help resellers, provide an explanation to the new customers about value-adds and buying process;
You build/review/complete potential customers lists and engage in prospection job to support sales team;
You provide admin support to the Regional Sales Director.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience;
You are very fluent in English and German;
Experience with SAP is a big plus!
You like working with a team;
You're not scared of making reports in Excel and you're open to learn how to do this;
You are immediately available for a fixed-term project.
