The Sales Support Rep provides day-to-day administrative support for the sales organization and customers that maximizes the efficiency of the sales team and aids in the delivery of their goals and objectives. Represents the company in a professional manner in all customer and end-user interactions. Delivers results while maintaining the highest level of integrity.
• Sales Support
•Provide sales support to the Sales Manager and the Account Manager(s) of the territory
•Create winning partnerships, and work closely with our cross-functional counterparts in sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure integration and execution excellence
•Contribute to the achievements of the Sales Targets of the Territory
•Provide added value in the organization of customers or sales team oriented activities (professional fairs, open doors, Pen Master club activities, B2B events, sales meetings …)
•Create mailings to customers, to communicate specific information (customers allocation to a channel / territory, price lists, pricing, net prices…)
•Elevate customer concerns/needs immediately to sales management
•Keep contact with magazines in the market.
•Support sales team with all necessary data reports; documents, samples, sales sheet, pictures, etc.
•Deliver the necessary documents to the sales team in order to track sales & promotional activities
•Provide designed daily sales report to track Turn Over versus Estimate and Targets.
• Bachelor degree
• At least 5 years of experience
• High energy self-starter as well as collaborative team player
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written in Dutch, French and English
• Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking skills and creative problem solving skills
• High proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint
