Hays Response is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Support for a national company, very active in the digital and technology world. You are responsible for managing the mailbox for all the commands of the customers. Hereby you assure a correct follow-up of their order and maintain a professional relationship with them, as well as the Sales team. Finally, you handle inbound calls from customers and provide them the necessary information for all their questions. Offering them an excellent service, is something you strive for on a daily basis.

You have a bachelor's degree or a stable experience in Sales Support. You are fluent in Dutch, French and English (verbal and written skills). You have a good knowledge of MS Office and have worked with it before. You are very curious about new technologies and eager to learn how to use them. Lastly, you are a motivated teamplayer with an energetic mindset.

You will be part of a small, but dynamic team. In this position, you will acquire a new valuable experience with the option of a permanent position. The salary will be in accordance with your experience. Interesting fringe benefits are also part of the package. The company being located in the center of Brussels, is very easily accessible by public transportation as well as by car.
