You will become a specialist and participate in delivering recruitment services to a whole new level.
The sales job and your responsibilities : You will be responsible for your client portfolio & find candidate!
- Develop your customer portfolio thanks to your business development activity
- Analyse your clients recruitment needs with company meeting to understand their needs and elaborate their job description
- Negotiate and act between your clients and candidates
- Analyse your market and the new trends to create new opportunities
- Provide a qualitative service by offering the right candidate for the right job
- Create your own network of candidates by using different sources (job ad, job boards, social media, database, job fairs)
- Manage the whole recruitment process
The Successful Applicant is : Ambitious, resilient, target-oriented & with a business developer mind-set!
- Good bilingual FR/EN or NL/EN
- A first successful sales experience
- Dynamic profile motivated by challenges
- Autonomous, proactive and taking the ownership
