You will be the first point of contact and the business card of GC. You will welcome our guests and people who visit our training centre. In addition to this you will be in charge of the front-desk activities.
Staffing the reception desk.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Registering visitor names in the building security system.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (issue visitor badges).
Responding to inquiries at the reception desk.
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries and outbound mail .
Handling of the Campus and general mailbox.
Update calendars and schedule meetings (Managing the reservations of conference rooms for meetings and pool car reservations).
Arrange travel and accommodations.
Organizing incentives for participants of trainings upon request.
Liaising with all involved parties like the cleaning company, maintenance department, trainers, other GC departments, etc.
Professional Bachelor is preferred, or equal to experience of 2 to 5 years
Excellent command of English and Dutch, spoken French and/or German is a plus
Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge

You have strong organizational skills and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously
You are a team player, but can also work independently
