What will you be doing 
as Hospitality Officer at our client in Brussels

• Smile.  Your smile is our client's business card.
• Both at the Welcome desk as on the telephone you will be greeting internal and external guests in a professional and friendly way.
• You will prepare visitors' badges up to the booking of meeting rooms, all what you do, you do it with a smile.  Also your are not afraid of some administrative tasks.
• You take care of the ordering of catering and office supplies.  You will build outstanding relationships with both internal and external partners.
• You will get the chance to discover what you like.  Do what you love and do it with love!

What baggage do you bring?

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Dutch/English and French.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
• The art of multi-tasking.
• Flexibility.  You will act according to the needs of the Department.
