What will you be doing as Hospitality Officer at our client in Zaventem
- Smile. Your smile is our client's business card.
- Both at the Welcome desk as on the telephone you will be greeting internal and external guests in a professional and friendly way.
- You will prepare visitors' badges up to the booking of meeting rooms, all what you do, you do it with a smile. Also your are not afraid of some administrative tasks.
- You take care of the ordering of catering and office supplies. You will build outstanding relationships with both internal and external partners.
- You will get the chance to discover what you like. Do what you love and do it with love!
Your profile
What baggage do you bring?
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Dutch/English and French.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
- The art of multi-tasking.
- Flexibility. You will act according to the needs of the Department.
