Hays is looking for a Regulatory Affairs (RA) Officer to join the Regulatory Affairs team of a pharmaceutical company specialised in the development of niche and added-value generic medicines. The role is based in the Brussels area.
As a Regulatory Affairs Officer, you are going to develop artwork in close cooperation with the design office. You will prepare the artwork for commercialisation or license/variation requests taking in account the specific characteristics of the imported product, the lay-out and text of the Belgian reference product, legal comments and technical requirements.
You will verify if imported medicinal product batches are conform with the current license and take appropriate actions if not.
You will be responsible of the management of requests, submissions and storage of medicinal product samples according to procedures. As an RA Officer, you are going to assist in preparation of license/variation requests, print and assemble artwork prototypes (cartons, labels,...) with the internal printer and, when necessary, translate leaflets (Translating agents are provided).
You hold a scientific bachelors or master's degree, preferably biomedical or pharmaceutical sciences. You have an eye for detail, strong organisational and administrative skills. You are interested in the pharmaceutical world and able to deal with deadlines. You have a good knowledge of MS Office and you are fluent in Dutch, French and English, knowledge of German is a plus.
