World Of Tents (WOT) is the mother-brand of tent labels Alpino, Canopy, auTentic and Revelry. Alpino and Canopy are existing brands for scouting and gazebo tents. auTentic and Revelry are start-up labels, created in 2019. These labels create and supply tents for glamping, leisure and festivals.

Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for all quality events within and outside the company. You develop and implement procedures to ensure and improve quality and compliance with quality regulations. You coordinate internal and external audit.
- You strive for continuous system optimization through consultation with various internal and external service providers. You take care of the expansion and maintenance of the quality systems and data recording.
- You collaborate closely with the in-house labs, conducting tests on technical textile related goods. You are responsible for releasing or rejecting incoming goods and products. You master the product specifications for internal and external use. You handle customer and supplier complaints.
- You advise the management on cost-saving measures in the field of quality.
Your profile
- At least 2-3 years of useful experience within the quality department of an organization. Industrial engineering or textile background is considered as a plus.
- You are result oriented. You have a positive “can-do” attitude and practical sense. You can work independently, set priorities and take responsibility. You are agile and stress-resistant. You can lead projects and organize work.
- Your leadership style is highly collaborative. You have communication and coaching skills.
- Languages: English is a must, French and/or Dutch are highly recommended.
- You have the flexibility to travel when needed.
