QMS Manager

Overview

In the role of QMS manager you will have the opportunity to function as the corporate SPOC for everything related to the quality management system. You will be in contact with all layers of the organisation, from operations to C-level.

Responsibilities of the QMS Manager

In this position, your role will be at corporate level and will include the following tasks:

• Make sure all documents are published on the intranet;
• Optimisation of processes, systems and tools;
• Software migration ( current to future Sharepoint);
• Creation of documents;
• Develop and improve documents;
• Work proactively and reactively with all stakeholders;
• Measure performance;
• Keep the QMS up-to-date;

Skills

• Degree in a scientific, engineering or business field
• Preferably a minimum of 5 years experience within quality assurance and/or QMS Management
• Excellent English communication skills
• Able to communicate on different levels
• Able to work with strict deadlines
