To reinforce our Electronics Engineering team, VeroTech is looking for a

Project Engineer Machine Vision and Optical Systems.

As Project Engineer Machine Vision and Optical Systems, you are responsible for the development and coordination of inspection and measurement systems. Your tasks are the following:

• Analyse and investigate functional questions
• Translate functional requirements to technical concepts: measure and inspection systems creating an added value for the custommer
• Perform studies to compare different systems , set-up costings and perform the data processing
• Present the projects to management
• Realise SLA’s for approved projects
• Document knowledge and sharing knowledge with colleagues
• Continuous process improvement

• Master in Engineering (electronics, electromechanics, optics, physics)
• Good know-how of industrial electronics, and measurement and control systems
• Experienced in machine vision and optical systems
• Knowledge of deep learning
• Pro-active, problem solver, team player, customer oriented, eye for security
• Knowledge of optical and analog electronics is an asset
• Open for short business trips
• Fluency in Dutch and English
