In order to strengthen our organization and to create synergies in digitalization projects across the DEME organization and projects, we are currently looking for a digital growth specialist/portfolio coordinator.
Your responsibilities
Setup and implement the portfolio management process and tool together with key stakeholders
Map all currently ongoing digital initiatives together with the business owners
Assist in developing and implementing the digital strategy through communication and change management in the form of workshops, networking, providing one to one advice,…
Support current and future initiative owners / teams in developing the best qualitative scope definition of the initiative, in writing a business plan and by guiding them during implementation
Analyze the business objectives of the stakeholders and develop solutions to their business issues
Develop a concept for a maker space for providing business and technical coaching for initiative takers at DEME head office
Your profile
You have a minimum of 8 years experience in executing or guiding projects (e.g. from a program management office or working as an internal or external consultant on tech related projects)
You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, IT or Business Economics
You are a strong communicator and motivator
You enjoy working in a project driven environment
You are fluent in English
You are IT savvy, and have (at least a basic) knowledge of database management and programming
Knowledge of portfolio management tools is an asset
You work from DEME HQ, but are willing to travel
