Introduction
Our client FERONYL, based in Mouscron, is a high standard manufacturing specialist of components and sub-systems made out of polymers, composites, multi-materials (2K and overmolding of metals) and powder injection molding. Their processes are based on high-precision molding techniques such as injection, overmolding, compression molding, out of autoclave techniques, additive manufacturing, pressing, … to manufacture the most technical and demanding products at the right cost.

To further expand the internal research, production and engineering capabilities, we are looking for an (m/f/x): PROCESS ENGINEER - Advanced polymers
Your responsibilities
As a Lean and advanced processes Engineer, you’ll joining the Feronyl family to industrialize and
optimize advanced products. You’ll take care of the highest level of quality towards a lean integration
of the projects. Your knowledge in injection of polymers and composites are a key asset in this role.
- Industrialize the process methodology.
- Control the specific quality parameters of the processes.
- Monitor and enhance production rate through automation.
- Organize start-up phase of production processes
- Troubleshoot technical process issues in the plant
- Implement process optimizations
Your profile
- Master degree (engineer: f.i. chemistry) in polymers, composites, lean, process engineering or any relevant expertise.
- Living in the vicinity of Mouscron, or willing to relocate.
- Speaking English on a professional level, knowledge of French or Dutch enhances your chance.
