Presentation of the Assignment Service

Composition of the service / Pole of expertise in creation - Attached to the sales department and to the hierarchical authority of a Sales Director.

Main mission (goal) Pilot the implementation of the service as well as the actions to improve the quality of the commercial relationship perceived by the SEWAN partners.

Ensure the monitoring and management of partners within the sedentary team

Job missions

Short term

  • Initial and continuing training of partners on processes / interfaces
  • Relay of Account managers toward partners
  • Support for partners in the daily procedures for interfaces as well as services and products
  • Management and animation of a pool of partners
  • Outgoing commercial calls
  • Administrative management of the Sales Department (New partner contracts, calculation of accounting credits, various requests)
     

Middle term

  • Build the team of Partner Relations Officers and increase their skills
  • Act as an operational relay for the team on the missions of the Partners Relations Officers
  • Set up actions to develop the Service towards complementary missions of commercial follow-up for partners in management and advanced commercial training.

 

Position activities

Sedentary commercial relay:

  • Support for partners in their interface procedures
  • Management of escalation of tickets between the Account Managers and the head office
  • Management of specific requests from partners and Account Managers
  • Project monitoring / Deployment
  • Management and animation of a fleet of specific partners

 

Administrative relay :

  • Overflow of commercial requests
  • Administrative management (request from partners or Account Managers on invoice correction, credit requests)
  • Guide partners on the right processes.

 

Develop the skills of partners and make them autonomous:

  • Training of partners in offers and tools (invoicing, etc.)

Required skills / Profile

Knowledge:

  • Basic knowledge of negotiation techniques
  • Knowledge of basic elements of accounting and administrative management
  • Knowledge of after-sales service treatment procedures
  • In-depth knowledge of Excel
  • Notion in commercial good practice

 

Expertise:

  • Knowing how to interact with high-level contacts (C-level)
  • Knowing how to work independently
  • Know the ins and outs of the profession of telecommunication operator
  • Know how to manage different poles on a job

 

Know-how:

  • Organized, rigorous and hard worker
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Know how to meet deadlines, precise, organized
  • Have a taste for contacts, excellent interpersonal skills, pedagogue
  • Listening skills
