- Developing business strategies to improve current affiliate and online strategy for the country/region in accordance with the corporate strategy, coordinated by the Director eCommerce
- Implementing international strategies and business development into the local markets.
- Staying up-to-date with trends in (affiliate) marketing and identifying new opportunities.
- Recommending process improvements to increase revenue targets to the MD and the Director eCommerce of myWorld International.
- Setting marketing and sales goals to achieve KPIs for eCommerce, which are given by RD, MD and Director eCommerce.
Acquisition, Maintenance & Account Management
- Screening affiliate networks and applying for new potential partners
- Acquiring new partners to grow the myWorld Affiliate Network
- Creating new online partner entries and accounts in the myWorld Office System, and adding all relevant information, like AD IDs, Event IDs, type of network, short descriptions, terms and conditions, different commission groups, landing pages, etc.
- Building and maintaining relationships with online partners and affiliate networks to understand their needs, business priorities, to optimize revenue potential, by calling and meeting the partners and networks on a regular base, to discuss performance and plans.
- Maintain open communication with all partners and affiliate networks on the day-to-day issues, like open applications to online stores, specific campaign needs like increased commissions, tracking issues, etc.
- Supporting new online partners in implementing tracking codes (direct or via third parties) and starting in Cashback World, by monitoring the process of implementation and involving the support team of myWorld Solutions directly, if needed.
- Initiating new campaign ideas for optimizing the shopping volume for specific periods, segments and target groups.
- Promoting individual partners on a day-to-day base, based on statistics (potential, reach, target group, etc.) by implementing affiliate marketing activities including e-mail campaigns, social media, newsletters, website promotions, etc. to increase revenue targets.
- Collecting banners and special promotional materials for creating campaigns from the online partners and affiliate networks.
- Creating current offers (via the myWorld Offer Tool and manually) and Shopping Point Deals (SPD) for attracting additional sales volume for partners.
- Managing Reclaim Processes of the country
- Collecting missing information of Member in case of untracked purchases
- Handing in, chasing and collecting inquiries for missed purchases at affiliate networks
- Handling tracking, monitoring, closing, and other related activities as needed for measuring activities to promote online partners, like newsletter marketing, social media promotions, website bannering, etc.
- Analysing campaign activity to ensure affiliate partners deliver the best performance in terms of shopping volume and overhead, and reporting this in the monthly report to the MD, RD and Director eCommerce
- Delivering affiliate marketing reports to MD, RD and Director eCommerce of myWorld International on a monthly base.
