We are currently looking for a Medical Devices Contract Worksheets Approver (CWS Approver / Resource Allocator) for the SGS Notified Body 1639 in Antwerp.

The main responsibilities will be to provide third party Medical Device Contract Worksheets (CWS) and initial technical data review supporting the decision to accept or reject third parties service requests.

You will be trained on and supported by the SGS policies and procedures and be a first line information evaluator for Notified Body activities.

In your role as a CWS Approver you establish whether the third party service product certification request concerns a Medical device. Herewith you review and approve Medical Device Contract Worksheets and associated documents to ensure they meet the requirements and evaluate the request matches our Notified Body’s scope. You approve allocation of audit team competency through use of predefined auditor codes and establish list of potential auditors based on Procedure. As a CWS Approver you ensuring that all Notified Body procedures have been complied with and the appropriate documentation completed satisfactorily.

Other responsibilities in your role are:

• Enabling delivery of client project acceptance/refusal promptly whilst maintaining the integrity of SGS.
• Communicate with our global affiliates to provide a rapid responsive service to both internal and external clients ensuring customer satisfaction as a high order of priority.
• Timely evaluate service requests.
