In this role, you will provide the best support to our consumers and also assist our marketing team in their daily activities.
Consumer Satisfaction Assistant
- Handling all consumer’s complaints and requests for France, Belgium, Germany and export countries
- Designing new and improving existing templates to answer the consumers’ requests accordingly
- Building, adapting & ddelivering monthly consumer service reports using specific IT tools to monitor the consumers requests and complaints with the support of the Consumer Satisfaction Manager
- Within the new regulation related to GDPR, handling the consumers’ requests.
- Guaranteeing the general support to Delacre Marketing Team (Brand & Product managers) and Marketing Director
- Organizing the marketing meetings, travels and seminars
- Supporting marketing for PowerPoint presentations (translation FR/NL/EN), creative formatting)
- Managing the administrative follow-up of marketing activities:
- Database management (updating products information)
- Coding of invoices via specific IT tools
- Packaging development specifics, gathering competitive information, updating packshots, handling the archiving of Delacre internally
- Coordinating mock ups, managing samples requests (internal and external), responsible of our marketing storage room.
