European Key Account Organisation (EKA) is responsible and accountable for business development to key clients in Europe and globally, managing relations with a wide network of key stakeholders. Working in close cooperation with our 31 national sales companies (MSCOs) in Europe and our functional divisions, we identify opportunities, set up and develop business agreements with large international organizations based in Europe. Today the EKA organisation represent a significant share of TMHE’s total business - with a clear perspective to grow further. The organisation has been operating accross Europe since 2006 and was restructered in 2017.
The Contract Management (CM) Team is located in Willebroek (BE) and managing the day-to-day business process for strategic-, major- and medium sized European Key Accounts. Key task is to support the European account managers, to perform new business tenders by consequently applying the DOJO process and related tools. Further the team is managing the central administration of EKA agreements.
As the Manager of the Contract Team you will have to lead, manage and develop the team of Contract Managers. Support the increase of business volume and Share of Wallet with Strategic and selected Major Accounts together with Account Managers and the network. Support and contribute to the overall EKA targets and strategy. Manage and contribute to internal/external projects to strengthen our market position and improve operations .
