Management Assistant

A new exciting opportunity as Management Assistant has just become available in a financial company based in Brussels. You will support 3 people and will report directly to Financial Director.

As Management Assistant you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Coordinate agendas, schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
• Organize company filing of documents and contracts on server and in files for original copies
• Draft and edit correspondence, reports and opinions, including dictations
• Maintain a very efficient client database and filling system correspondence
• Prepare meetings by assembling material for meetings as well as drafting PowerPoint presentations
• Take meeting minutes where required and handle administrative duties
• Be the point of contact for clients and different departments

Ideal Profile:

• You have an excellent spoken and written Dutch, English and French
• You hold a Bachelor or Master's degree
• You have 2 - 3 year experience in a similar position
• You have an excellent knowledge of MS Office
• You are a motivated, bright, hands-on recent graduate looking for a position with real development potential
• You are capable of strong attention to details but do not lose sight of the bigger picture
• You are a team player and feel comfortable in a small office environment
• Diplomacy, tenacity, common sense and a good sense of humour will greatly facilitate your success in this role
