We are currently looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our growing Finance, Controlling and Accounting team within our Dusseldorf office.
In this role as Bookkeeper, some of your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following: Supporting in monthly/quarterly/yearly closing and in other finance and accounting ad hoc tasks; Processing bank bookings on SAP and reconciliation on a daily manner; Looking after accounts payable: including but not limited to booking cost invoices on SAP and execute payment run; Answering tickets from our internal customer service team regarding customer payments and looking after edge cases; Looking after and booking credit card statements; Vendor creation; and Supporting of the training of other new joiners.
Two of the current many interesting topics/projects within this role are the automatization of the processing of cost invoices and the implementation of accounts payable processes for our internationalization to Spain.
