For one of our clients, a well-known financial company located in Zaventem, Hays Office Professionals is currently looking for a Management Assistant to assist the Advisory and Assurance department.
You will provide day-to-day support to the activities and will manage the agenda of the partner. You will therefore be in charge of handling the phone calls, arranging the internal/external meetings, as well as ensuring all the administrative follow-up. You will also be in charge of the email management.
You have ideally a first experience in a similar position, you have a very good knowledge of Dutch, French and English. Besides, you have an good knowledge of the MS Office programs. You are accurate, energetic, assertive, autonomous and flexible. Moreover you are detail oriented and a great communicator.
