Our Consulting department is looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator focusing on the Onboarding Journey.
As part of the Talent Development Team you are responsible for the overall onboarding experience of our new joiners.
You coordinate all activities linked to the first weeks and months of our practitioners by ensuring the smooth and effective preparation and rollout of the monthly Welcome Days and bi-yearly Take-off weeks.
You are responsible for the onboarding experience as much as for the overall organization of these utmost important moments.
