Our client is a company active in all of Belgium and rapidly growing in their technical specialism. They provide a specialized service to many households each year and currently have an exponential growth, thanks to the high quality of their work and their competitive pricing.

Following a few years of change and development, they are now looking for a new Local Operations Manager for one of their sites in the South of Brussels. From this site, they serve clients in the Walloon and Brussels area, both French and Dutch speaking.

Given the technical specialism of this company, you would be taking the lead of a team made up of white and blue collar workers, around 25 people total. Mainly, you would be managing salespeople, customer service employees, technicians, and field crews. As a Local Operations Manager, your number one objective would be to reach the company's ambitious growth goals and pursue their development in Brussels and Wallonia.

You would be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the site, including but not limited to: coaching, hiring, and people management, sales forecasting and sales leadership, strategical and operational reporting, technical management. A growth from 25 to 100 people is to be expected in the coming years.
