For the Belgian market, TOMRA Food is looking for a Key Account Manager to manage all customers in this region, advise them and help them to be more profitable.
Job and team
After a compact but intense introductory phase you will be responsible for increasing sales in the current customer base and developing new customers across all our market segments in Belgium.
You manage all customers in your region, advise them and help them to be more profitable with the solutions of TOMRA Food.
You assist in working out the yearly sales plan for TOMRA Food to realize these goals.
You pass market information back to key internal stakeholders so our organization can keep learning and growing. Therefore you work in a close partnership with project management, business development, marketing, human resources and the service department.
You actively lead and monitor demand generation activities.
You will spend a lot of time in the field with suspects, prospects and customers. The remaining time you will work together with your internal stakeholders from the Leuven headquarters.
You report to the experienced and committed Regional Sales Manager Belgium & France.
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in engineering, management or an industry related subject.
Moreover you have proven sales experience in capital equipment and you have experience in managing your efforts and results.
You have excellent communication skills and you know how to listen and negotiate on different levels.

You are fluent in Dutch and English.
