Responsible for leading, driving and developing key account business to deliver growth objectives. Focus on identification of opportunities and increasing sales by establishing clear goals, cultivating relationships with strategic key accounts, and supporting our overall sales competency development and productivity.
Participate in the global key account strategy creation and lead the execution of the strategy.
Provide clear, focused leadership to further reduce the barriers to delivering competitive advantage via global size and scale.
Coordinate sales service with other service departments and operating areas.
Work with the account to identify unmet needs, implement initiatives to meet those needs leading to successful sales. Signing of the contracts with the key accounts will be done by the VP Global Sales.
Act as a team role model and change agent.
Know all the products of our Key Account and familiarize with the customers strategy related to the products.
Actively engage in utilizing company best practices to increase efficiency and profit margins.
Understand the operational processes related to achieve service excellence to the customer. Familiarize with internal challenges and opportunities (quality, production, supply chain, customer service)
Deliver short term and long term results in order to develop and maintain the organization's credibility with the business and creating opportunity for the function to add greater value to the business
