For one of its clients, a leader in commercialisation of vehicles and complex vehicle parts, HAYS Sales is looking for an ambitious Key Account Manager.
As a key Account Manager, you are responsible for business opportunities through marketing, sales activity and strategy on a regional basis that will enable you to maintain and develop all parts sales. This involves implementing, developing and controlling parts sales budgets and targets. You are asked to manage the already existing costumer portfolio for different product lines. In addition to this you are asked to take care of the spare parts market strategy and the core values of the company. You are also expected to have a strong presence at exhibitions and within dealers activities and to give presentation. The main goal of all the tasks is to be the number 1 brand in the minds of its customers and in the market. You are also in close contact with the after-sales, logistics and all other parties that need to be informed about the progress of the different projects that the person in this position manages. Attendance at the office is requested only once a week the rest of the time you are on the road to meet your costumers.
Ideally, the candidate already worked on projects and worked closely with a team in the past. The contact with large companies or the government (in French, Dutch and English) does not scare this candidate. If you've already sold parts for buses and trucks, this would be a great plus. Finally, the company wants to find someone who is very communicative and aware of stakeholder management.
