Hays Sales is currently looking for a Key Account Manager B2B. Our client is a major actor in the leasing sector sector.
As Key Account Manager you are responsible of the development of a portfolio of client in Belgium. Your clients are mainly major B2B companies. You visit one or two clients per day. During the visit you present the leasing solutions offered by your company and you make sure to convince the prospects to work with you in order to power their organization. You are active in long and complex selling cycles, you widen your network and your market knowledge. You also develop your knowledge in terms of the service sector. You are mainly on the road to meet your client. The rest of the time you work from home or from the office to collaborate closely with the different department of the company.
The ideal candidate has minimum 4 years of commercial experience with long and complex selling cycles. If this experience is in the sector of services, it is a plus. You are a true networker with good negotiation capacities and persuasion skills. You are motivated by the challenge to get new clients. You work with a long term approach and you are able to handle complex commercial cycles; you have an affinity for the automotive sector. Perfectly able to adapt your speech to c-level executive. You are perfectly fluent in French and English and you have a good knowledge of Dutch.
