Junior sales advisor - Earn uncapped / unlimited commissions

Fuse Engineering is recruiting a junior sales advisor! As an ever-growing recruitment consultancy, our different offices around Europe keep growing too and this is why we are looking for a sales advisor to strengthen our team in Brussels.

Job description: what are your tasks when you work as a sales consultant?

• You will propose your services to companies and therefore you will be able to expand your client portfolio
• You will contact candidates that you found on the different job boards and the ones who applied to your ads in order to present the most skilled ones to your clients
• You will negotiate terms and conditions with your clients
• You will work in urgency in order to find candidates and clients

Your profile:

• You are fluent in English
• A first job experience, even if it is not in sales
• A winner's mentality: targets and results are your motivation
• Communication and negotiation skills
• And a little touch of craziness

Our offer:

• Contract: unlimited duration contract
• Salary: 30K gross / year
• Commissions: up to 22% per month; up to 32% per quarte One of the most interesting commission systems of the whole sales world!
