Crestron Electronics has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Service Engineer to join our dynamic team in a fast growing organization. We are seeking a polished, proactive, and professional individual to enhance our team providing support to Crestron locations globally. We will look for you to showcase your outstanding organizational and technical abilities to build rapport, resolve problems and maximize workflow. Our Service Desk team provides technical support to our users, working closely with our employees to assist in troubleshooting computer hardware and software problems. We ensure all support requests are promptly updated and managed through clear communication to our users.
We need a self-motivated, creative individual to serve as our in-house Junior Service Engineer in a long-term position. Someone who has the technical expertise to help users resolve issues with computer hardware or software, respond to user inquiries, assess problems and issues with IT equipment and applications. You will need to collaborate closely with other IT department personnel to provide the highest level of service to our users.
