Introduction

At our clients, the information and responsibility of business processes usually lie within individual departments. This hinders the employees to have a clear view into the end-to-end processes. Therefore, it is crucial to create insights into their processes and help them to improve their business.

Your challenge

As a process analyst you help corporate clients optimize their (finance) organization, processes and controls. More specifically, you support and advise finance managers during periods of transformation, including initiatives such as the set-up of shared service centers or the roll-out of process automation applications.

You have strong knowledge of different finance processes and have experience in analyzing these processes. You have operational experience with SAP within different domains.

You have the opportunity to:

Research client organizations; facilitate workshops at clients with their employees, management teams and other stakeholders
Perform assessments and analyses, and identify process interconnections and dependencies
Present strategic, tactical or operational recommendations and help manage the execution
Translate information into meaningful insights in such a way that information management leads to process oriented organizations
Build a client relationship
Work in a team at the client and be able to work together with other experienced professionals
Take responsibility to support our clients in process, operational and SAP-related matters

Your profile

We are looking for someone with strong affinity of different finance processes and experience in analyzing these processes. You have operational experience with SAP within different domains.

You can describe yourself as someone with:

1 to 3 years of experience within finance and business process management within corporates
knowledge of different finance processes and the eagerness to analyze these processes in search of optimization
proven operational experience with SAP is required
methodological experience with business process management
project and process management attitude and skills
an analytical mind with a healthy curiosity to explore and develop
strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
a pragmatic and flexible mindset, with the adaptability to deal with ambiguity
profound knowledge of MS Products
good knowledge of Dutch, French and English
