Your new role
As a Junior Team Leader, you will manage a team of 7 people composed of Account Managers and Account Executives for the Brussels-Capital Region, Wallonia and Luxembourg. On the one hand you will accompany your team on the field once a week and on the other hand you will have the ability to manage your teams remotely from the company's offices. You are focused on developing relationships with existing customers of the company and you analyse the data that you report during meetings with your teams.
What you need to succeed
To be taken into consideration for this position, you are bilingual FR/EN. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus. You have a minimum of 3 years' experience in account management in the catering or food industry and you have already managed a team of at least 3 people. Commercial experience in the Luxembourg region is a plus.
You are determined to maintain good relations with existing customers, and you have an analytical mind: analysing and sharing data is part of your daily routine.
You like to work in a team, and you like to inspire the people you work with. You have excellent communication skills and are customer oriented.
Finally, you are dynamic and proactive.
