An international consultancy company located in the region of Zaventem is looking for an International Mobility Coordinator. Are you experienced in global mobility and are you a good communicator? Then do not hesitate and apply online.
Tasks:
- Coordinate the international mobility processes (inbound mobility to Belgium and Luxembourg and outbound mobility from BeLux to other locations)
- Ensuring compliance, cost and risk mitigation
- Provide advice to different stakeholders, both internal and external
- Develop and improve the mobility processes
- Determine the most advantageous tax, immigration and social insurance positions
- Ensure compliance obligations are met regionally and support cross-region compliance requirements
- Keep up to date about legal changes
- Update procedures and ensure all stakeholders are involved
- Management of personnel files
- SPOC regarding international mobility
- Analyse HR mobility data
Profile:
- Senior level of experience in international mobility
- Good knowledge of international tax structure
- Excellent knowledge of English and knowledge of Dutch and/or French
- International mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Business partnering skills
