Being based at our office in Hasselt – Belgium you will receive first an introduction in administration on operational, documentary and sales level.
You will gradually become fully responsible for the commercial support to the complete sales team.
Together with and in support of the different field sales managers you will handle requests, draw up offers and follow-up quotations till closing the deal. You monitor recurrent business and assist the field sales managers in the further strategic and commercial expansion of their markets.
Beside the commercial support you will be involved in sales administration, order entry, reporting, claim management and in the follow-up of the incoming payments.
The handling of all orders will be done by our colleagues from commercial service, based at our offices in Italy, the UK and Ukraine, but you supervise the complete process from a sales perspective and solve problems smoothly where necessary.
You supervise relevant KPI’s
You obtained a higher commercial or technical degree or equivalent by experience or proven track record.
You are a communicative person with a fluent knowledge of Dutch, French and English. Italian as well as Russian would be an asset.
You have commercial drive and your ambition is to set up a solid commercial support.
You are willing to grow towards a more commercial position.
You are an organized individual with a talent for administration and problem-solving, even under time pressure.

A relevant working experience in a commercial environment is required.
Base knowledge of Incoterms, letter of credit and any other trade and/or transportation documents can be considered as a strong asset.
