we are currently looking for a motivated: Internal Sales Manager
In this role you take the daily lead of a team of internal account managers and you are responsible for the coaching and development of the team and to achieve their goals. You work in close relation with and report to the “Head of Sales Business Unit”.
You monitor that the requests of internal and external clients are met within the expected term and with optimal efficiency. You are the experienced person when it comes to implementing procedures and raising the effectiveness of the team so that a more proactive approach can be taken.
