You advise and sell recruitment solutions to customers and prospects by telephone.
You actively prospect with customers.
You collect information about their recruitment process and the profiles they are looking for.
You manage your own customer portfolio, listen to their needs and train them in the use of our products.
You detect cross/up-selling opportunities.
You are a salesman at heart and you have a smile in your voice;
You like to work in a team;
You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and French;
You take initiatives to improve your sales;
You have the motivation and determination to achieve and exceed your sales objectives.
