Are you the creative realistic innovator who will guide our multinational customer towards the development of customer needed, marketing wanted and environment helping solutions for beverage dispensing and vending.

• You are a master in fuzzy front end Innovation from idea to opportunity, strategy and business feasibility/opportunity.
• Inspirator-Connector: you bring together the "right" people from different disciplines and angles: the technical focused people - marketing - product & packaging R&D
• You are the manager of the innovation projects:
  • you evaluate market(s) trends and needs
  • you scout the market for technologies and opportunities,
  • you evaluate in an organized way the viability of an idea: desirability, technical feasibility, financial and business doable,...
• Not only do you spot opportunities - you go beyond dreaming - you make things happen.
• You maintain your innovation pipeline by translating company strategies into actions.
• Communication is critical in this role: with all stakeholders, management, colleagues, peers, ...
• You win their trust, buy in and eagerness to participate in your/their projects.
• You never cease to question and learn.
• You (help/manage) create the future of beverages and dispensing an ways we do are not (yet) thinking of.

• Your main skills are managing innovation projects from before an idae exists to realization and feeling the satisfaction of seeing it in the market.
• So a product developer/development engineer surely is a plus.
• Your communication skills are impeccable: not only verbal  or written but also from a EQ perspective: you are able to understand the different stakeholders, the way they think, function, their needs.
• You  have good multidisciplinary technical skills in order to be able to evaluate new technologies and their opportunity for your crusade.
• Project management skills - and keeping the overview of the multitude of projects - is essential.
• You have experience in product and/or innovation management where your market knowledge and insights go hand in hand with technological baggage.
• Experience in a development and technological environment is highly recommended.
• You own the true innovation consultancy skills: analytical, synthesizing and problem solving abilities.
• You are open, have a positive charisma and commercial flair.
• You can take initiative, are self-assured, motivated, inquisitive and ready to listen.
• You work structured and thematic in a methodological manner and strongly maintain the helicopter vision.
• You undoubtedly have a drive to change.
• Preferably you are familiar with the way of working of a corporate multinational.
• Speaking and writing fluent in English is an absolute must. Knowledge of French, German, Dutch is an asset.
