You are "the spin in the web" for all topics regarding 1st line user access management (UAM) and act as the SPOC throughout the bank for this topic.
As UAM specialist you translate the UA policies in efficient processes to allocate the access rights for all bank employees. Managing those processes, you always look for continuous improvements in the field of user access management.
You cooperate with the external supplier, who is handling the access rights as a managed service in BAU mode. AS UAM coordinator you advise, give support and follow up the external supplier to assure qualitative management of the access rights, in line with the AXA policies.
As a key member in the project team that is responsible for the renewal of the UAM tool and process, you give feedback and support the project team on the new tool. After project closure you will become the knowledge holder for this new tool.
You cooperate closely with the Security and Risk department to assure the UAM process remains in line with the AXA policies and recommendations on this topic.
In order to quickly take up the role, it is preferred that you have a Master's or Bachelors degree and some first professional experience.
