In the support department, you will manage the infrastructure together with a team of 10 system specialists in a very critical heterogeneous environment with various computer and telecommunication systems. The most important systems are:
- Radio communication system,
- The 11 control rooms or CADs (Computer Aided Dispatchings, Microsoft environment),
- A paging network (POCSAG technology),
- A "backbone" (leased lines, beam connections, ...) that connects the active components.
- a customer-oriented attitude, resolving the incidents that occur in the systems and managing user complaints on a technical level.
- proactive monitoring using management systems,
- clear and structured communication with our (internal or external) customers,
- contribute to the management and optimization of the various management tools and processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
