For one of our clients in the public sector, we are currently looking for a Service Desk Officer.
Your role: The Service Desk & First line team consists of 15 employees in charge of the first point of contact with the 8000 workstations. You are the first point of contact (by such, mail, skype) for customers, and especially customers who encounter difficulties with their workstation when teleworking.
