Hays IT is assisting one of its clients in their search for an IT Support Engineer to join a company located in Vilvoorde and active in the automotive sector. You will join a team existing of 40 professional and passionate IT'ers.
In your role of IT Support Engineer, you will work on 1st and 2nd line problems through the use of a ticketing system (ServiceNow): hardware, software, network, installation and configuration of equipment, … You will provide onsite as well as remote assistance to end users. In addition to that, you will act as a technical expert on projects like the implementation of a ticketing system or of a ERP (MS Dynamics); involving internal and external contacts with stakeholders.
To be successful in this position, it is required that you have a first experience of 3 years' within 1st and 2nd line IT Support. Together with that, you have had professional experience with Windows 7/10, Office 365, ticketing system and Citrix. The knowledge of an ERP solution is considered as an asset but is not mandatory. In terms of personality, you are solution oriented, client focused and you are a good communicator. Finally, you are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
