Management of compensation and benefits (Life insurance, pension spare, hospitalization and dental car), recruitment, talent management (annual review, talent retention,…), development and improvement of local HR practices and services. Follow up of the new car policy, ordering new cars, contact with Alphabet and garage, fuel cards management.
Providing International HR Administration, monitoring of employee files & HR Database, including processing change forms, employee letters, employment contracts, record keeping and electronic file maintenance. Maintaining documentations and policies in line with the laws.
Payroll administration, salary calculation, 13th month, dubbel vacation payment…Onboarding and offboarding for all the administration part. Legal departures documents (C4, holiday attests…).
Ordering meal vouchers, eco-cheques.
Organization of management meetings, workshops, kick off meetings…
HR data: partnering with HR data analyst to deliver HR data and reporting requirements of the business e.g. headcount, attrition, mobility. Using reporting tools, KPI’s and dashboards. Cooperation with the broader team to forecast headcount data to facilitate business decisions.

Understand business needs coupled with ability to appropriately and effectively apply and develop HR policies and strategies
Strong result, deadline and quality/accuracy oriented. Personal cost budgeting and HR controlling skills, analytical thinking
Translate business/functional strategy into applicable objectives and action plans
Required key skills (functional/technical/communication/diplomatic manner in international context)
Degree in Business Administration/Law/ Human Resources Management
At least 3-4 years of professional HR experience.
Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint. SAP is a plus.
French/Dutch/English, further languages are highly welcomed.
