Your responsibilities
- Join the central Market Strategy and Organizational Excellence team, helping to transform Adhesive Technologies into a future-ready organization - market-centric, competitive, and agile
- Initiate and lead transformational projects or workstreams of large projects with a focus on Market Strategy development and Portfolio Management
- Responsible for developing and continuously improving our core process for Market Strategy and Go-to-Market, including methodology, related standards, and tools
- Advise our various Strategic Business Units during the deployment of Market Strategy & Go-to-Market approaches with project management and consulting skills to drive and enable the required changes
- Assume the content leadership for Managers and Junior Managers as well as act as role model to develop their skills on the job
- Develop and deliver top management presentations that lead to the right decisions
- Get to know the global market leader in Adhesive Technologies and have direct access to its top management as a basis for building a long-term career at Henkel
Your profile
- Master or diploma with excellent degree of a leading university (MBA or PhD in Business Administration, Engineering or Science preferred)
- Min. 7 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in one of the leading strategy consultancies or in the inhouse consulting unit / strategic department of a global corporation
- International experience that allows you to evaluate opportunities from multiple perspectives
- Proven track record in managing complex projects in multi-stakeholder environments
- Fluent English language skills, additional proficiency in any other major European language desirable
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
- Team player with high level of motivation
