Your responsibilities
- Plan, manage and execute the overall direction of master brand Schwarzkopf for global digital and social activities across markets
- Conceptualize, implement, and roll out attention grabbing social media content and limited edition campaigns
- Manage strategic digital initiatives (end-to-end project lead) to drive acquisition, retention, and reactivation
- Define, implement and constantly improve customer journeys on a global level, adopting a test and learn approach with primary focus on SEO, websites and relevant touchpoints
- Rollout management for implementing, setting up and running the Schwarzkopf SEO, and Color Lounge
- Organize editorial meetings with power brands, subbrands and key countries and develop engaging global content calendars for key umbrella touchpoints (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube), based on 360° content marketing strategy
- Create monthly social media KPI plus competitive reports, derive and share learnings for continuous content mix
Your profile
- Successfully completed a Masters degree in Communication / Media Studies or a similar education in Social Media, Community Management or Online Marketing
- A true digital native who is deeply passionate on beauty brands, highly creative, can develop fresh ideas and translate them into inspiring digital content
- A digital and communications professional with minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably at an FMCG company, cosmetics retailer, cosmetic goods manufacturer, digital agency that has worked heavily with beauty, with a focus on social media and content creation
- Experience in WCMS/ SEO/ CRM and/or Marketing Automation preferably with experience in Salesforce (ServiceCloud & MarketingCloud)
- Profound understanding of WCMS, CRM systems & processes as well as data and customer insights analysis
- An individual who can express a vision for beauty related topics and bring the digital landscape of Henkel Beauty Care to the next level
- A highly collaborative team player who is flexible, reliable, highly organized and able to handle projects independently with a variety of stake holders (Marketing, E-Commerce
