Your responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain a global .NET based laboratory IT systems for the Henkel Laundry & Home Care R&D community
- Take responsibility for application development projects ranging from (web or native) front-end user interfaces to back-end services
- Contribute with your expertise in a small team of developers maintaining and evolving a set of in-house applications
- Migrate existing native WPF-based application components to ASP.NET 5/Core based web applications
- Collaborate closely with data analysts defining future R&D data structures for a global tea
Your profile
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Excellent skills in software development within .NET (Core) framework (C#, VisualStudio, Entity Framework, WPF MVVM, ClickOnce) and solid understanding of database technologies and T-SQL
- Experience in migrating .NET framework to .NET 5/Core platform
- Experience with MS Azure cloud technologies are advantageous
- Good skills in ASP.NET/DevExpress based web development are advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English language skills, German language skills are advantageous
- Drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
