This role will report to the Sales & Operations Director and will partner up with the Head of Customer Success & Planning to develop and execute a long term Customer Success strategy.
In our business, logistics performances is an integral component of our value proposition, a critical factor in the customer’s satisfaction, as well as a key success factor for our growth.
He/she will take the full ownership to build and implement the strategic logistic Footprint within Europe and other regions network. He will drive the long term regional perspective for warehousing and transportation ( Inbound & Outbound) and be directly responsible for managing the whole regional logistics network.
He/she will develop processes, standards and operational plans in support of business strategies and customer’s needs (B2B & Retail) with a direct decision-making impact on overall results. Oversee performance and drive improvements in quality, sustainability, cost and delivery through continuous improvement.
