In the spirit of continued growth and to help improve our business, we are currently seeking for a Head Contract Management.
As Head of Contract Management, you will provide leadership and coaching to the Contract management Team, with the aim to ensure effective, professional and highly qualified contract management activities for SGS Clinical Research.
Your task is to ensure consistent management of all contracts. This generally includes oversight of the contract management process, as well as contract negotiations and document management. This requires close collaboration with various departments, including clinical operations, project management, QA business development, business operations, legal and finance.
You will work in close collaboration with the Head of Business Development and Support, the Global Director Sales and the Head Proposal Development to ensure proper planning and progression of strategic projects, efficient establishment of cross-departmental communication lines and identifications and development of improvement projects related to the contract management department functions.
