You are responsible for HR-IS related matters within DEME’s corporate HR department
You facilitate and support the needs of the HR Department ensuring that the HR technology and HR information systems meet expectations. Therefore, you assess the current and future technology needs of the HR Department on an ongoing basis.
You identify opportunities for optimization of the current software landscape prioritized by the strategic objectives of the HR Department
You provide expertise in business analyses, requirement gathering, facilitation and needs analysis. You communicate stakeholders’ needs to bridge the gap between business areas and system developments.
You monitor and support a complex collection of integrated software solutions.
You manage HR technology projects and functional implementation of the human resources information system.
You support functional testing processes to ensure that system projects meet the needs of all stakeholders.
You build and maintain good professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You hold a Master degree
You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR IS implementations or business process management
Experience in HR Information Systems and/or ERP is a must, knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX and Workday is a plus
You are familiar with specific soft HR platforms such as Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, ...
Experience with Microsoft technologies, such as: Sharepoint, Microsoft SQL, BI, Dynamics AX, .NET, C#, VBA is an asset
You have experience in project management in software implementation, knowledge of Project Management principles (e.g. PMBOK or Prince2) is an important asset
You have an analytical mind and proven ability to understand complex situations, and you are able to communicate them in a systematical matter
You are a teamplayer, are open to different viewpoints, and can communicate complex technical matters in a clear and concise way to end users
You are fluent in English and in Dutch. Knowledge of other languages is an asset
