We are looking for a temporary dynamic HR Officer (part time) who will provide general HR support to the HR Business partner in our location in Eindhout.
As an HR Officer your main responsibilities will be:
- You will support the HR Business partner in multiple HR related tasks such as recruitment and selection activities, contract management, training, etc.;
- You will act as the first point of contact for general HR questions for both first line managers and employee;
- You will deliver general HR administrative support towards the HR Business Partner such as file management, ad hoc reports, etc.;
- You will be responsible for updating the personal files, hire and exit processes;
We are looking for candidates who show the following qualities:
- You have a bachelor degree, preferably HR orientated
- You have a first professional experience of 1 to 2 years
- You have good knowledge of Belgian labor and social law
- You are a strong communicator, oral and written
- You are reliable, accurate and have excellent organizing skills
- You are native Dutch speaking and have a very good knowledge of English, knowledge of French is an asset.
