Take care of Belgian and Dutch payroll in accordance with local legal requirements in order to respond employees & payroll questions promptly.
Follow up closely on absences of employees in order to report them to the payroll office and in the HR database.
Keep track of all information related to employees and ensure proper filing.
Ensure data integrity in human resources information system and employee files.
Update the internal working rules and any other policies and ensure the proper respect to those policies (travel, car, expenses, …)
Ensure proper follow up of insurances and revert information to employees.
Manage the recruitment process within the 2 countries to support the company development in the most efficient way.
Manage the IT academy process
Organizes/ensures employees on boarding in consultation with the SDMs to support inductions plans
Manage the company fleet within policies to support cost management (efficient way).
Monitor HR KPIs in accordance with Country goals in order to support the achievement of the company’s business objectives
Create reports and statements to support the internal needs of the company
Bachelor degree in HR
Fluent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
Proven experience in payroll administration.
Experience with employment laws and practices.
Experience working with a corporate employment law attorney.
Good written and spoken communication skills.
Hands-on, energetic, problem-solver, pro-active and independent way of working attitude.
Service minded, flexible.
Able to work in an international and multi-cultural environment.
Can maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Accuracy and respect of legal (& other) constraints & policies.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Experience working with the payroll administration of the Netherlands is a plus.
