Created in 2012, Stanley/Stella is a Belgian fast-growing company that is specialized in providing B2B fashion garments to the apparel market. Our headquarter is located in Brussels. However, our scope has crossed multiple borders and we are serving clients within Europe.
Given the COVID-19 situation we have achieved to maintain our position as a quality apparel provider and with the support of our 100 employees, we even accomplished a double-digit growth this year, reaching nearly €70M.

As our HR Business Partner you will focus on the soft side of the HR being ‘People’, ‘Recruitment’, ‘Training & Development’ etc.
Your mission will be to have the best talents inhouse , ensure that these talents are developed and continuously assess and improve HR methods and Process to provide quality.
You will work closely together with the Payroll & HR Officer while reporting to the HR Manager.
